• Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, and observation charts.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
• Participate in shift handovers and communicate important clinical updates.
• Check the availability and readiness of emergency equipment.
• Educate patients families about care procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
