Job summary

MontyCloud is seeking a Delivery Program Manager to serve as a strategic delivery partner to Product, Engineering, and Portfolio leadership. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across multiple cross-functional agile teams, driving execution, governance, and alignment at scale in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

The role requires 8–10+ years of enterprise program delivery experience, strong Agile qualifications, and proficiency with data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading enterprise-scale technology program delivery in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 5+ years in product management, engineering, or technical lead capacity.
• Agile certification mandatory (PSM/CSM); PMP or PRINCE2 a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and cloud-based SDLC practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and engineering workstreams with milestones and metrics.
• Lead roadmap planning and execution across multiple agile teams; manage interdependencies.
• Drive backlog from idea to Epics/Features and ensure backlog hygiene.

Join our innovative team at MontyCloud, where we're shaping the future of cloud management with our cutting-edge platform. As a Delivery Program Manager with relevant experience in project management, product launch management, change management and organizational dynamics, you’ll be responsible to plan and deliver end to end complex programs. You’ll work closely with the product, engineering and other cross-functional teams spanned across geography and other partners to ensure project goals are met on time, within scope and with optimal quality. This role requires exceptional leadership, program management skills, and a strong understanding of software delivery in an Agile environment.

Role Summary

MontyCloud is looking for a Delivery Program Manager to serve as a strategic delivery partner to Product, Engineering, and Portfolio leadership. You'll own end-to-end delivery across two to four cross-functional agile teams (PODs) — driving execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment at scale, while bringing the rigor of structured program management to a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Ownership & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and engineering workstreams — milestones, risks, metrics, and executive reporting
• Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple agile teams; manage interdependencies and delivery risks
• Drive intake from idea to backlog (Epics/Features) and enforce best practices in tooling and backlog hygiene
• Lead end-to-end release management and drive cross-product/cross-portfolio collaboration to resolve interdependencies

Agile & Program Discipline

• Implement and maintain Agile methodologies across the delivery process, facilitating Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Develop project plans aligned to business goals — scope, deliverables, resourcing, timelines — and proactively surface roadblocks and resource constraints
• Establish measurable KPIs for each program, aligned to overall product KPIs; track, standardize, and report on metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Lead program retrospectives and champion continuous improvement in delivery practices

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Act as strategic advisor and trusted partner to Product & Engineering leadership — streamline communication and enable clear, fast decisions
• Build strong working partnerships across Engineering, Product, QA, UX, and Operations
• Lead capacity discussions and team alignment; mentor technical leads and set onboarding plans that foster accountability
• Present regular program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

• 8–10+ years leading enterprise-scale technology program delivery of high complexity, including 5+ years in product management, engineering, or technical lead capacity
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time in a B2B SaaS environment (MSP partner customer base is a strong plus)
• Agile certification mandatory (PSM/CSM); PMP or PRINCE2 a plus
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies — Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; Agile Transformation experience a plus
• Good understanding of SaaS, AWS, and Azure cloud tech stacks; broad exposure to SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Product Ops, and Quality Engineering
• AI-native program management practice is a strong differentiator
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making; hands-on experience with Tableau/Power BI/MS Project is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

Must-Haves

• Track record of full delivery ownership in a B2B SaaS company
• Demonstrated partnership across Customer Success, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering to own end-to-end feature delivery
• Excellent Agile/Scrum program management skills, proven at scale
