Principal Accountabilities*

• A. Project Planning & SchedulingSupport the development and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, and execution plans to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project timelines and monitor adherence to approved project plans and deliverables.
• Assist in aligning engineering, procurement, civil, and utility activities with overall project schedules.
• B. Project Monitoring & ControlMonitor project progress against defined milestones and identify potential delays or execution gaps.
• Track key project activities and provide regular updates on project performance and status.
• Support implementation of corrective actions to maintain project timelines and objectives.
• C. Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a coordination bridge between consultants, procurement, utilities, civil, and project execution teams.
• Facilitate communication and information flow among internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project review meetings and follow up on critical action items.
• D. Risk Management & Problem ResolutionIdentify project risks, dependencies, and execution challenges that may impact project outcomes.
• Support development and implementation of mitigation plans to address project risks and delays.
• Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations to ensure smooth project execution.
• E. Reporting & GovernancePrepare project status reports, progress dashboards, and management review presentations.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records to support governance and decision-making.
• Provide timely updates on project performance, critical milestones, and action plans.
