Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS is seeking a Sr Microsoft 365 consultant to administer and optimize the full Microsoft 365 suite in a remote role. You will handle Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune, plus on‑prem AD management and policy enforcement.

You will lead and mentor a team across enterprise accounts, coordinate with security/compliance teams, and stay current with the Microsoft 365 roadmap to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Proficient in PowerShell for managing Microsoft 365 services and automation.
• Certifications in SC-900, MS-700, MS-102, SC-400 preferred.

Responsibilities

We Are Looking forSr Microsoft 365Consultant

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Remote

Shift: 9 AM- 6 PM IST

Responsibilities

Administering and supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online,

Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Intune.

Managing user identities, roles, licenses, and group memberships using the Microsoft

Monitoring and maintaining system performance, availability, and security.

Implementing and managing security and compliance policies (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.).

Providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.

Working closely with security and compliance teams to manage data governance and auditing.

Coordinating with Microsoft support for issue resolution.

Assisting with migrations, integrations, and upgrades related to M365.

Staying updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and roadmap.

Managing the on-premises AD environment (ADDC, RODC, SMTP, KMS, RDS, and Certificate servers).

Leading, mentoring, and driving the team towards company objectives, with the ability to work under diverse customers and in an enterprise-level environment.

The ideal candidate should possess:

A bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

6+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or in a similar role.

Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.

Skilled in using PowerShell to manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, and automation of workflows; knowledge will be an added advantage.

The preferred certifications are:

Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC-900

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate MS-700

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert MS-102

Implement Information Protection in Microsoft 365 SC-400
