Job summary

Zorba AI is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 L2+ Support Engineer to manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, security, and endpoint management from Kolkata. The role focuses on Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and Intune MDM/MAM, with the responsibility to resolve L2/L3 incidents and provide guidance to L1 engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 support and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Intune.
• Experience handling L2/L3 incidents, RCA, and coordinating with Microsoft support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO configurations.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, mailboxes, and Outlook escalations in Exchange Online.
• Support Purview, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery configurations.
• Handle escalated incidents, perform RCA and coordinate with Microsoft support.
• Administer Intune for MDM/MAM.
• Maintain service health reports and knowledge articles.
• Provide guidance to L1 support engineers.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 L2+ Support Engineer to manage, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, security, compliance and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, user/group administration, MFA, Conditional Access and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mailbox migrations and Outlook escalations.
• Support Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, eDiscovery and Microsoft 365 security configurations.
• Handle escalated L2/L3 incidents, perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with Microsoft support.
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes within SLA; maintain technical documentation, service health reports and knowledge articles.
• Provide technical guidance to L1 support engineers.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) issues, including user accounts, groups, authentication and directory-related problems.
