Job summary

CloudStepIn is seeking a proactive Microsoft 365 Support Engineer in Hyderabad to provide Level 1 and 2 technical support across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online. You will work with users and IT teams to resolve issues, optimize usage, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Microsoft 365 platform.

With 2+ years of hands-on experience, you will handle onboarding/offboarding, license assignments, mailbox configurations, and monitor service health while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and handling user and group management.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD and PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102 or equivalent) are a plus.
