Job Summary

The Senior Warranty Claims Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end warranty operations, including customer warranty claims, supplier recovery claims, and warranty-related cost tracking. This role works closely with Service, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and OEM suppliers to ensure timely claim resolution, maximize cost recovery, and improve warranty performance. The position also supports warranty reporting, failure trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product reliability and reduce warranty risk across the business. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor s degree in electrical engineering/mechanical Engineer/ or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of experience in warranty and claim management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract claim management in Power, Utility, Oil Gas or Construction industry.
• Good knowledge of standard and extended warranties.
• Good knowledge of contract drafting and contract maintenance.
• Understanding of product performance insurance, and experience in handling insurance claims.
• Data analytics skills.
• Tools knowledge - Salesforce and SAP.
• Other strong proficiency - Service excellence, sound decision maker, strong collaborator, knowledge of requisition / purchase to pay process.
