Qualifications

• Data analytics skills; Salesforce and SAP proficiency.
• Strong service orientation, collaboration, and requisition-to-pay knowledge.

This role works closely with Service, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and OEM suppliers to ensure timely claim resolution, maximize cost recovery, and improve warranty performance.
