Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a UX Designer in Hyderabad, India, to craft user-centered web solutions that support social good missions. You will collaborate with product and engineering to explore and deliver software across the entire product lifecycle, focusing on innovative, data-driven experiences.

You will work with a seasoned team to define and grow the design system, while adopting AI-assisted tools to speed delivery and enhance quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a UX designer, including user research, prototyping, and using visual communication tools.
• Experience designing solutions for end-to-end scenarios.
• Experience with user centered design techniques.

As a User Experience (UX) Designer at Blackbaud, you will be responsible for designing solutions that delight users and allow them to advance and achieve their social good missions. You will partner with product and engineering peers to discover and deliver new web-based software through the entire product development lifecycle. In this position, you will be focused on designing experiences that bring innovative, data-driven solutions to the market.

• Willingness to be communicative, collaborative, and open to feedback
