Our platform supports portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, tax optimization, trading, order management, and compliance for wealth management firms. RedBlack supports more than $1 trillion in client assets and is known for accuracy, reliability, and innovation in a highly specialized domain. We build products for complex, high-value workflows. As the Enterprise User Experience Leader (UX Lead), you will shape how users understand, navigate, and complete sophisticated investment management workflows. You will work across discovery, problem framing, interaction design, prototyping, validation, specification, and delivery support. This role is suited for a UX professional who can balance user needs, business rules, data complexity, technical constraints, and delivery realities. You will partner closely with Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Delivery to create experiences that are intuitive, consistent, scalable, and enterprise-grade. You will not simply produce screens. You will clarify workflows, reduce cognitive load, define reusable interaction patterns, improve design quality, and help teams make better product decisions earlier.
You are a product-minded UX designer who enjoys solving complex workflow problems. You bring structure to ambiguity and can move from problem discovery to practical design direction. You care deeply about usability, clarity, consistency, accessibility, and enterprise-grade detail. You are comfortable designing for business users, power users, operational teams, and data-rich environments. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can defend design decisions with evidence, reasoning, user empathy, and business context. You collaborate well, accept feedback constructively, and help raise the quality of the team. You balance ideal user experience with technical feasibility, timelines, and product priorities.
Shape UX for a sophisticated fintech platform used in high-value investment management workflows. Work on meaningful enterprise product problems where design quality has direct business impact. Collaborate with teams that value thoughtful execution, ownership, and product excellence. Influence design standards, workflow clarity, and user experience maturity across the platform.
