Job summary

Tek Tree LLC in Hyderabad, India seeks a recruiter to source, screen, and recruit candidates for non-IT roles across Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Retail, Automobile, Construction, and more. You will collaborate with BDMs to understand staffing needs, use job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit.

You will coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records while building a strong candidate pipeline.

• Proficiency with ATS and document management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and Google Docs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve recruitment process.
