Job summary

Achnet is seeking a Senior Technical Writer with 8+ years of experience to develop comprehensive technical documentation for our enterprise products. The role involves creating manuals, installation guides, quick-start guides, and training materials for internal and external users.

You will collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, FrameMaker, and AEM is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and illustrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• In-depth knowledge of: Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, RoboHelp, Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DITA.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing technical documentation for Enterprise products and creating content for user manuals, quick-start guides, installation guides, and training materials for both internal and external users.
