The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering strong commercial performance through technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing clients.
• Present and promote technical products and solutions to prospective customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry and demonstration to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports and share timely updates with senior management.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Support clients with technical queries and provide after-sales service when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and customer support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for sustained business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of proven sales experience; candidates with prior experience in technical or B2B sales will be preferred.
• Sound understanding of industrial/technical products and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with sales funnel tools and CRM systems is preferred.
