Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Sr Technical Lead (Support & Operations) to lead 24x7 monitoring and incident response in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will own Datadog-driven observability across infrastructure and applications, implement APM, logs, metrics, and Synthetics, and partner with cloud teams in AWS/Azure/GCP.

You bring 5–8 years in monitoring with 3+ in Datadog, strong scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern observability practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure or application monitoring.
• 3+ years of Datadog experience.
• Strong Datadog APM, Logs, Metrics, RUM, and Synthetics implementations.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Scripting for Datadog automation (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of modern observability practices.

Key Responsibilities

• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure or application monitoring, with 3+ years in Datadog.

• Hands‑on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation of Datadog configurations.

• Strong understanding of modern observability practices (metrics, logs, traces).

Other Requirements

• Experience integrating Datadog with Terraform or configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL event and incident processes.
