Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct screening, interviews, offers, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate pipelines.
• Meet targets and SLA/TAT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle bulk hiring/high-volume recruitment.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.

Conduct screening, interviews, offer negotiation and follow-ups.

Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.

Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipeline and hiring reports.

Achieve recruitment targets and TAT/SLA requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

Mandatory experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.

Excellent sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills.
