Job summary

citicclsa is seeking an experienced Trading Operations Support professional to manage 24x7 operations of core trading applications in GiftCity. You will interact with dealers, traders and business heads, focusing on NSE-IX derivatives and Dolphin middleware for middle office support.

You will coordinate with development and support teams, ensure incident and change management adherence, and maintain high availability of the production estate.

Qualifications

• Experience with NSE-IX supported business and back office.
• Greeksoft application support and troubleshooting knowledge preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area.
• On-prem infra support experience mandatory.
• Exposure to coordinating with project stakeholders.
• Regional experience preferred.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Knowledge of Exchange Regulations & Compliance.
• Knowledge of Exchange certification process.
• Unix and SQL proficiency required.
• IT system and audit handling.
• Willingness to relocate to Gujarat.
• 6–8 years in Front office Trading application support.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• ITIL process adherence (change, release, incident, problem).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on Dolphin application experience for Middle office in GiftCity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trading operations support with dealers, traders and business heads locally and globally.

• Coordinate with development and support teams to roll out new services.
• Ensure production IT estate is monitored and stable.
• Maintain governance to protect information assets and ensure security.
• Participate in on-call rotation and coordinate recovery of IT systems and apps.
• Schedule and document regular changes per change management rules.
• Provide fast, excellent service to other teams and stakeholders.
• Own and manage the DC and related activities.
• Develop Dolphin app understandings for Middle office support in GiftCity.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Work on Trading Operations with regular interaction with dealers/traders/business heads locally. and across the globe as required
• Derivatives asset focus for NSE-IX
• Engage with, and act as a contact point for, local regulators and exchange inquiries.
• Ensure excellent 24x7 operations of CLSA's core mission-critical Trading application stack.
• Act as the SME for all applications & technologies used by business for trading GiftCity.
• Partner closely with Application Development and Support teams to support existing services and to rollout new services seamlessly and efficiently.
• Ensure that the IT estate is instrumented and monitored effectively.
• Establish and maintain an effective framework that provides comprehensive management controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of CLSA's information assets.
• Participate in on-call support rotation.
• Coordinate the timely recovery of IT systems and applications.
• Schedule and document regular changes according to change management rules & guidelines
• Ensure that production environment is stable and efficient.
• Adherence to CLSA documented governance guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience working for NSE-IX supported business and back office.
• Preferred Greeksoft application support and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area
• Must have infra support on-prem support experience.
• Must have exposure to working directly other project stakeholders as needed.
• Prefer candidates with regional experience.
• Good communication and technical skills
• Knowledge on Exchange Regulations & Compliance

• Knowledge of Unix,SQL is a must.
• Handling IT system and audits.
• Open to permanently relocate to Gujarat - preference is right fit to the role.
• At-least 6-8 years of experience in Front office Trading application support

• Good command of spoken and written English.
