Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide Trading Platform Support (NSEIX - NEAT)
- Manage incident, change, and problem resolution processes
- Deliver desktop support and administer IT infrastructure systems
- Implement and monitor IT governance and compliance frameworks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks
- Plan, coordinate, and test disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate with and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Oversee data center operations to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Conduct application and exchange audits to meet regulatory and operational standards
Requirements
- Manage IT operations, trading applications, servers, desktop and network infrastructure for trading.
- Oversee data center management, compliance audits, and NSEIX exchange application support (NEAT).
- Lead vendor coordination and implement disaster recovery strategies.
- Perform BOD EOD support for trading application Ensure maximum uptime for trading platforms and back office applications.
- Establish backup and restoration processes for systems.
- Maintain asset records, tickets, updates, and documentation as per ITIL processes.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, O365, Windows/Linux Server OS preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Exposure to working directly with end customers/business, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Good communication and technical skills.
- Knowledge of NSE IX Exchange Regulations & Compliance.
- Experience handling exchange IT audits Minimum 4-10 years in front office/back-office infrastructure and trading application support.
- ITIL process adherence (change, release, incident, problem management).
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Regional experience preferred.
