Job summary

CITIC CLSA in Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to support trading platforms (NSEIX - NEAT) and manage IT infrastructure for front and back-office applications.

You will lead incident, change, and problem management, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements. Strong English skills, ITIL discipline, and hands-on ServiceNow expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Manage IT operations, trading apps, servers, desktop and network infra for trading.
• Oversee data center management, compliance audits, and NSEIX exchange app support.
• Lead vendor coordination and disaster recovery strategies.
• Perform BOD EOD support to ensure maximum uptime for trading apps.
• Establish backup/restoration processes for systems.
• Maintain asset records, tickets, updates, and documentation per ITIL.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, O365, and Windows/Linux Server OS.
• Hands-on with ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
• Experience with NSE IX Exchange Regulations & Compliance.
• 4–10 years in front/back-office infra and trading app support.
• ITIL process adherence.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Regional experience preferred.
