Job summary

Kunvarji is seeking a technically adept IT operations professional to provide end-to-end support for trading applications and related platforms. You will troubleshoot desktop, web, and mobile trading tools, ensure secure, updated environments, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires hands-on experience with trading platforms, network basics, and strong communication skills to maintain smooth day-to-day operations within rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for API products related to trading issues.
• Troubleshoot trading applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Manage exchange connectivity knowledge (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDX) and maintain related reports.
• Coordinate workload across teams and drive multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ensure servers and endpoints are patched with latest security updates and test environments.

Shift Time: Rotational Shifts

1st Shift 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM

2nd Shift 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

• Ability to work on, Moneymaker (saral) Greek platform, XTS like BOD/EOD, Trouble shooting, API calls, collectively with multiple teams for smooth day to day operations.
• Technical and Functional Support for API Products with respect to Trading issues and improvements. Handling issues with respect to TRADING application internal and external stack holder give support.
• Exchange connectivity NSE,BSE,MCX, NCDX knowledge must require, Maintaining Reports/Sheets of the Requirements/Issues/Queries and working towards its closure within timelines.
• Dynamically manage workload between team, drive and deliver on multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Should have sound knowledge of STWT (Mobile) Like Money Maker, Saral Mobile app, IBT (Web, Desktop EXE) Like:Saral Prime, Sol, Diet and client, Greek Client, XTS Client.
• Should have good knowledge of CDSL and NSDL Applications.
• Trouble shooting of Trading application desktop, web, mobile like Money maker Prime, Money maker solo, and Greek client, XTS
• Attend all technical issues of staff on immediate basis and ensure resolution of the same
• Responding effectively and timely to any problems
• To Assign/Allocate of any software and hardware where necessary with senior approval
• knowledge of Server OS and troubleshooting is required.
• To providing operational support to seniors, maintenance and provisioning for systems hardware, software and other infrastructure.
• Investigate and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams or clients using telephone/emails etc.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. Performing regular updates and upgrades as and when necessary.
• To install new and existing applications, troubleshooting and configuration.
• TO ensure all servers patched with latest tested security and windows patches.
• Many third‑party Token app support management: Tally, TDS, CDSL, Trading application- Money maker, Greek etc.
• To ensure all computers and laptops up to date with all security patches and windows patches.
• To ensure Endpoint security antivirus update with latest signature.
• Create/manage tickets and respond on timely manner within SLA.
• Good Communication skill verbal and written.
• Self‑motivated for their job profile.
• Documentation of day‑to‑day work.
• MIS and Reporting to Senior of day‑to‑day work.
• Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN.
