Job summary

citicclsa in Pune invites an experienced software support engineer to manage end-to-end delivery of software changes and production support in the investment banking domain. The role requires night shift from 9pm to 6am and involves incident response, change management, and weekend releases.

You should have a CS degree and 6–9 years of relevant experience, strong programming skills (Java, C#, C++, TypeScript, Python) and solid DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• 6 to 9 years of support experience in an Investment Banking or Financial Domain.
• Proficient in Java, C#, C++, Typescript, Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell.
• Strong SQL, Linux, and Bash/Ksh scripting.
• Familiar with DevOps tools Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience managing multiple applications (in-house or vendor-based).
• Willing to night shift (9pm - 6am).

Responsibilities

• Make monitoring tool changes aligned with changing requirements or gaps observed/reported.
• Proactively highlight risk any observed and suggest ways to mitigate impact.
• Suggest new ideas for Automation and be able to implement automation ideas.
