Job summary

Safran Engineering Services seeks a Software QA professional to help establish specifications and plan test activities for safety-critical systems. You will perform tests, document results and validate configurations for various aircraft products, while contributing to tooling and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in DO-178B/C QA, proof of DO-178 Level A proficiency, and the ability to document evidence and procedures for quality assurance purposes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performing Software Quality Assurance activities following DO-178B/C with safety criticality level A software's.
• Practitioner proficiency on DO178 Level A.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and reviewing system and software specifications.
• Prepare and plan test activities, including analysis and documentation of test cases and scenarios.
• Perform tests and document test results.
• Report test results and document procedures/evidence.
• Validate configurations and customer inputs of products for different activities.
• Maintain and develop tools for production and testing.
• Assist in design and implementation methods for testing and inspecting product quality.
