Job summary

Safran is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for its Operations quality function in Hyderabad, India. This permanent, full-time role focuses on driving nonconformity reviews, root cause analysis, and KPI monitoring to ensure product and process conformity.

The candidate will work with drawings and GD&T, manage non-conformances, and participate in audits and quality-improvement projects, contributing to Safran's commitment to high standards in aerospace production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with drawing study and GD&T.
• Knowledge of non-conformance management and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with QC tools and inspection of mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal nonconformity review meetings.
• Perform root cause analysis using problem-solving tools.
• Raise concessions and obtain disposition from the design office.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs using dashboards.
• Conduct internal, process and product audits.
• Lead mini projects related to the quality function.
