Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for on-time product delivery and resolve customer technical queries.
• Review, approve, and support design activities for production and in-service products.
• Conduct detailed engineering investigations to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Act as the primary technical focal point for Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Programs, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Quality teams.
• Design and implement mechanical modifications for in-service products and associated tooling.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering documentation, drawings, and technical reports.
• Coordinate and resolve technical issues between the UK and US engineering teams.
• Make informed technical decisions in accordance with engineering standards and technical authority.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Manage engineering requirements, deliverables, and technical risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead and support projects aimed at improving product reliability and performance.
• Develop and manage structured engineering investigation plans to support timely decision-making.
• Ensure technical solutions minimize production disruptions and prevent line stoppages.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
