This role will play a pivotal part in managing the underwriting workflow, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that underwriting practices align with company policies and industry regulations. The positions operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, 'can do' attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing insurance submissions, validating data extraction outputs from various applications, maintaining accurate submission records, enhancing insurance terminology repositories
• Complete predefined data capture templates with submission, technical rating, coverage, and location information without applying derivation or enrichment rules.
• Review insurance submission requests (emails and attachments) and identify all relevant information contained within the submission package.
• Perform quality assurance of automated extraction outputs by comparing extracted data against source documents and documenting discrepancies.
• Maintain reconciliation tables to measure extraction accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Consolidate and enhance insurance coverage and terminology dictionaries, ensuring all new terminology is reviewed
• Support the creation of translation-ready insurance terminology repositories for future AI and language model initiatives.
• Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recommend process improvements, develop operational checklists, and help make processes AI-ready.
• Consolidate insurance Product/Coverage content, dictionaries, and reference materials into centralized SharePoint while ensuring data quality
