Job Description

• Review and validate claim information for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
• Process and adjudicate claims within defined turnaround times, ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures.
• Communicate with clients, providers, and internal teams to provide claim status updates and resolve basic queries.
• Identify and elevate claim discrepancies or exceptions for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims processed to support compliance and reporting requirements.
• Support team workflows by collaborating with peers and other departments for smooth claim processing operations.
• Participate in process training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build domain expertise and improve accuracy.
