Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance.

Job Description

1. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead or support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Coordinate with business unit leaders to gather inputs and align financial goals with strategic objectives. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all financial forecasts and planning cycles.
2. Financial Analysis & Insights Perform detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, revenue trends, and profitability metrics. Deliver financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, or cost‑saving opportunities.
3. Reporting & Dashboards Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports to senior leadership. Design and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of business performance and financial health. Support consolidation and reporting of global or regional financial data, as needed.
4. Strategic Business Partnering Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, marketing, supply chain) to support strategic initiatives with financial analysis. Act as a trusted advisor to business units, helping them understand financial impacts and optimize resource allocation. Support pricing, investment, and business case evaluations.
5. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes, improve forecast accuracy, and reduce cycle time. Drive the implementation of financial tools, automation solutions, or reporting systems (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI). Standardize best practices and templates across the FP&A function.
6. Governance & Compliance Ensure alignment with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Support audit processes with proper documentation and analytical support.
7. Team Leadership (for Senior Manager role) Lead and mentor a team of analysts or specialists in the FP&A function. Allocate work, set performance goals, and foster a high‑performance culture. Provide coaching and promote continuous learning and professional development.
