Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist in F&A - R2R - External Reporting to prepare and review external financial statements in line with GAAP and IFRS. You will coordinate audits, analyze financial data for trends, support controls, and collaborate with internal teams to explain financial performance.

The role involves monitoring regulatory changes and contributing to process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy, within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance required.
• Professional certifications CFA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of external reporting and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and other standards.
• Coordinate and support external audits with auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in designing and testing internal controls for accurate reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to explain financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor accounting standards and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in reporting.
