Job summary

Ansira in India is seeking a Sr. Specialist - Client Delivery Create to oversee day-to-day client delivery and coordinate technical and creative projects from planning through completion.

You will manage timelines, gather requirements, and ensure deliverables are accurate and on schedule. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, applying knowledge of Ansira's products to recommend solutions, resolve issues, and improve delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client services, account coordination, print/fulfillment, or related field.
• Experience with print production and/or print fulfillment preferred.
• Experience supporting US-based clients or global teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client deliverables for assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates, print and fulfillment activities, order processing, and inventory management.
• Execute print/fulfillment client deliverables, order processing, and inventory management on assigned accounts on time and accurately.
• Serve as a responsive operational contact for client deliverables.
• Coordinate technical and creative projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set priorities, expectations, and deadlines; communicate client requests and feedback clearly.
• Identify project risks, escalate where needed, and assist with troubleshooting and resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, agendas, and minutes.
• Maintain training materials and process maps for internal use and clients where applicable.
• Lead deliverable meetings, document actions, and follow up for completion.
• Train new and existing team members on products and processes and provide platform training as needed.
• Suggest tactical solutions and process improvements to stakeholders.
• Track project time to support forecasting and billing.

The Sr. Specialist - Client Delivery Create - Create oversees day-to-day delivery for assigned client accounts and coordinates technical and creative projects from planning through completion. This role manages timelines, gathers requirements, maintains project documentation, and ensures deliverables are accurate and on schedule.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and external clients, the Lead applies knowledge of Ansira's products and services to recommend solutions, resolve issues, strengthen client relationships, and improve delivery processes.

This position is based in India and supports U.S. business hours (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST).

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage client deliverables for assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates, print and fulfillment activities, order processing, and inventory management.
• Responsible for execution of print / fulfillment - client deliverables, order processing, and inventory management on assigned accounts accurately and on-time
• Serve as an empathetic, responsive, communicative operational contact for assigned client deliverables.
• Coordinate technical and creative projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, functionality, and timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, expectations, and deadlines; communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback clearly.
• Take accountability for identifying project risks and issues, escalating them appropriately, and supporting troubleshooting and resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain client training and knowledge materials, such as job aids, FAQs, and process maps, for internal use, and clients or end users where applicable.
• Lead internal and client-facing deliverable meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Train new and existing team members on products and processes and provide client-facing platform training as needed.
• Recommend tactical solutions and process improvements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project time accurately to support forecasting and billing.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.

Two to four years of experience in client services, account coordination, print/fulfillment, project coordination, marketing, advertising, or related field.

Previous experience with print production and/or print fulfillment preferred.

Experience supporting US-based clients or global teams is a plus.
