Job summary

LS Digital Group in Navi Mumbai, India, is seeking a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to plan, build, and manage campaigns end-to-end across assigned accounts.

The role requires daily optimisations, bid management, and robust KPI tracking (CPL, CPA, ROAS). You will work with analytics to implement tracking, run A/B tests, and present performance insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2.5 years of hands-on paid search experience.
• Strong skills in keyword planning, bidding strategies and optimisation.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management abilities.

• Independently plan, build, and manage paid-search campaigns end-to-end for assigned accounts.
• Own daily and weekly optimisations: bids, budgets, negatives, search-term reviews, and structured A/B testing.
• Track and improve KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate); diagnose underperformance and act decisively.
• Implement and QA conversion tracking, UTMs, and tagging with the analytics team.
• Apply smart bidding and automation; test and adopt new platform features and betas.
• Build clear performance reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights.
• Present results and recommendations in client and internal reviews.
• Support and guide Executives on execution tasks and quality standards.
• Manage budget pacing and reconciliation for assigned accounts.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• 2.5 years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on campaign management on Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
• Solid grasp of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
