Job summary

The Social Lions is seeking a Sr. Social Media Exec/Associate to drive engaging campaigns for diverse clients from Mumbai. You will manage social strategies across platforms, plan shoots, create and schedule content, and optimize posts to boost reach and engagement.

You will collaborate with designers and copywriters, monitor performance metrics, stay on top of trends, and help with influencer outreach. 1–2 years of agency experience is preferred; strong writing and communication skills are

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Creative content ideation and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute shoots - BTS, images, reels
• Create, schedule, and optimize content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) to boost engagement.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better results.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
• Handle online reputation management (ORM), responding to DMs and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations for brand promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to suggest innovative strategies.
