Qualifications

• Diploma or Engineering degree in any stream.
• 5+ years of field service experience.
• Familiarity with Telugu (local language).

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown calls in the region.
• Raise requests for parts and close transactions under Warranty, CAMP or Chargeable.
• Complete installation of equipment on site, commissioning, and maintaining Videojet equipment at customer sites, service excellence.
• Contribute to service revenue growth by promoting service contracts, consumables, spare parts, and equipment upgrades/replacements; target-based profile.
• Complete Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Update service reports in Oracle.
• Identify potential parts requirements, obtain quotes, and generate Purchase Orders; generate sales leads for equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Identify potential equipment requirements and generate service leads for the sales team.

Within Your Role You Will

• Attend breakdown calls in the region
• Raise request for parts and close transaction under Warranty, CAMP or Chargeable
• Completing installation of equipment on site, commissioning, and maintaining Videojet equipment at customer sites, service excellence.
• This role will be a part of revenue generation as well; also contributes to service revenue growth by promoting service contract and maintaining service excellence, consumables sales, spare parts, and equipment upgrades/replacements, target based profile.
• Completing Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
• Demonstration of products to customers
• Update service report in Oracle
• Identifying potential parts requirement and get quote submitted and collect Purchase Order; Generate sales leads for equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Identifying potential equipment requirements and generate service leads for sales team

Your Education or Background Experience Will Include
