Job summary

Videojet Technologies in Indore is seeking a Service Engineer responsible for onsite technical service support, including installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution and customer training. • Raise spare parts requests and close service transactions under warranty, CAMP, or chargeable services.

• Prepare and update service reports in Oracle.
• Identify potential spare parts and equipment requirements, submit quotations, and collect purchase orders.
• Generate service leads for the sales team related to equipment upgrades or replacements.
