The Senior Scrum Master is a servant leader responsible for driving Agile best practices and Scrum methodology within a team. They coach, educate, and mentor Scrum Team members and less experienced Scrum Masters, fostering Agile proficiency throughout the organization. • Ensures the Product Owner is enabled to prioritize and maintain a clear and concise Product Backlog. Ensures the team understands the business case, scope, milestones, sprint goals, and other necessary information to produce the desired business value. Facilitates work completion without coercion, assigning or dictating the work. - (20%)
• Supports organizational and Scrum Practice vision and standards to achieve goals. Leads the activities and initiatives of the Scrum COE. Seeks opportunities for improvement to improve the overall effectiveness of Scrum within the organization. Champions Agile and Scrum across the organization through various forums leveraging effective communication skills. - (15%)
• Work closely with leaders from various departments, including Technology, Development, QA, and Product Management, to foster alignment and drive progress toward achieving organizational objectives. - (15%)
• Maintain consistent communication at suitable intervals while following established business processes. Facilitate prompt team interactions with internal departments and clients to address concerns, updates, and modifications. Craft clear and timely email notifications and responses for cross-functional and internal teams. - (15%)
• Drive the continuous improvement of Scrum processes, both within teams and across the organization, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and delivery. - (15%)
