Job summary

VIT seeks a PhD holder to operate and manage a single-crystal X-ray diffractometer for structural analysis and data collection. You will select crystals, mount them, perform data collection and structure determination, and interpret XRD data to prepare reports.

Responsibilities include supporting researchers, training on SCXRD operation, and ensuring regular calibration and maintenance for optimal instrument performance.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in Physics or Chemistry with single-crystal XRD (SCXRD).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling the instrument.
