Job summary

MSN Laboratories Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled NMR specialist to support structural characterization of small molecules and biomolecules. The role involves interpreting 1D/2D NMR data, designing 2D experiments, and contributing to quantification studies.

Expertise in peptide and oligonucleotide NMR and solid-state characterization techniques is desirable. You will prepare detailed structural reports and assist in maintaining GLP-compliant lab safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural characterization using NMR.
• Interpretation of 1D and 2D NMR data including 2D experiments.
• Designing and implementing 2D NMR experiments.
• Expertise in peptide and oligonucleotide NMR characterization and interpretation.

Job description

Experience required in structural characterization using NMR.

Interpretation of 1D and 2D NMR data for small molecules, including designing 2D experiments

Expertise in peptide and oligonucleotide molecules NMR characterization and interpretation.

Experience on NMR regular analysis and quantification studies.

Knowledge of solid state characterization using techniques like DSC, TGA, UV, IR, Mass.

Experience on unknown impurities and degradation products characterisation.

Preparation of structural characterization reports

Assist and maintain the safety aspects in the laboratory

Aware of GLP activities as per current guidelines
