Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive Salesforce development, technical solution delivery, and engineering excellence across enterprise Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, Flows, and Salesforce Cloud solutions. The role involves working closely with Salesforce Architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions while mentoring engineering teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development & Solution Implementation

• Lead hands-on Salesforce development using:

• Apex

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce APIs

• Flows and declarative automation tools

• Design and develop scalable, reusable Salesforce components.

• Build and customize solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.

• Create and maintain Salesforce data models, automation workflows, and application configurations.

• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce architecture standards and best practices.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, product owners, business users, and technical teams.

• Participate in requirement discussions, technical design reviews, and solution walkthroughs.

• Provide technical feasibility analysis for Salesforce solutions.

• Translate architectural designs into technical implementation plans.

• Mentor Salesforce developers and guide engineering teams on best practices.

Security, Performance & Quality

• Implement Salesforce security models including:

• Role hierarchy

• Profiles

• Permission sets

• Sharing rules

• Optimize Salesforce applications considering governor limits, scalability, and performance.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Ensure quality through testing and engineering best practices.

DevOps & Release Management

• Support Salesforce deployment processes and release management activities.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and automated deployment practices.

• Manage code reviews, deployment readiness, and rollback processes.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

Must-Have Skills

• 6–14 years of total IT experience.

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in:

• Apex development

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce APIs

• Salesforce Flows

• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and data modeling.
