Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

Design, develop, configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud for a financial-services organization. The role covers CRM

configuration, Apex/Flow development, security, automation, integrations and production support, including integration with

Snowflake and ServiceNow.

Salesforce Development

• Configure Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Products and Price Books.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and SOQL/SOSL.
• Design Opportunity stages, forecasting categories and approval processes.
• Develop scalable and reusable Salesforce components.

Security & Administration

• Configure Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Organization-Wide

Defaults.

• Implement role-based access controls for sales and management users.

Integration

• Develop and maintain Snowflake-to-Salesforce integration for automated Lead and Opportunity creation/update.
• Integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow for issue and ticket management.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and integration patterns as required.
• Implement error handling, logging and monitoring.

Data Quality & Automation

• Implement duplicate management, validation rules and automated Lead/Opportunity assignment.
• Support CRM data cleansing and hygiene.

Delivery & Support

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and two-week sprints.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and user stories.
• Perform unit/integration testing and support UAT.
• Participate in deployments, production support and Year-2 enhancements.

Required Technical Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud; Apex; LWC; Salesforce Flow; SOQL/SOSL.
• Salesforce security model, APIs, integrations and deployment/release management.
• Git/version control and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Financial Services Cloud; banking/financial-services experience; Snowflake and ServiceNow integrations.
• Salesforce DX, CI/CD and DevOps tooling; experience handling sensitive customer/prospect data.
