Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for our alloy products.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other industry professionals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our alloy solutions.
• Understand client requirements to provide tailored product recommendations and technical support.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximise profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the jewellery, precious metals, Alloy, industrial products, machinery, tools, metals, or technical products.
• A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Metallurgy, or a related field is desirable.
• An existing network within the Mumbai jewellery manufacturing community would be a significant advantage.
