The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting our extensive range of jewellery manufacturing tools and equipment. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by actively engaging with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and present our products and solutions effectively.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide technical information on our range of machinery, tools, and consumables.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise sales revenue and profitability.
• Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the B2B sector.
• Familiarity with the jewellery manufacturing industry or a related technical field is highly advantageous.
• A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
