We arelooking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Adobe Real-Time CDP Developer to joinour team on a critical FY27 programme. In this role, you will be responsiblefor implementing, configuring, and optimising Adobe Real-Time Customer DataPlatform (RTCDP) solutions that enable personalised, data-driven customerexperiences at scale.

Thisis a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in Adobe ExperiencePlatform (AEP), data ingestion pipelines, identity stitching, audiencesegmentation, and activation across downstream channels. You will work closelywith architects, analytics specialists, and backend engineers to deliver aunified customer data strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Adobe Experience Platform & RTCDP

• 5 to 8 years of overallexperience in digital marketing technology or data platforms.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-onexperience with Adobe Real-Time CDP / Adobe Experience Platform.

• Deep knowledge of XDMschemas, profile fragments, identity stitching, and merge policies.

• Strong experience with AEPdata ingestion: batch (CSV, Parquet), streaming (HTTP API, Kafka), and sourceconnectors.

• Proficiency in building andmanaging audience segments using AEP Segment Builder and Profile Query Language(PQL).

• Experience activatingaudiences to destinations: Adobe Target, CRM, paid media (Google, Meta), andemail platforms.

TechnicalSkills

• Proficiency in RESTful APIsand AEP APIs (Catalog, Ingestion, Segmentation, Activation APIs).

• Experience with JSON,Parquet, and Avro data formats.

• Familiarity with cloudplatforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly around data lake and storageconcepts.

• Working knowledge of SQL fordata validation and query tasks.

• Understanding of webanalytics, tag management (Adobe Launch / Tags), and event streaming.

DataGovernance & Compliance

• Experience implementing datausage labels, DULE policies, and consent frameworks within AEP.

• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA,and privacy regulations as applied to customer data platforms.

• Familiarity with AdobeCommerce and/or Adobe Analytics integration with AEP.

• Experience with dataorchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
