Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute test cases to assess RF measurement functionalities, performance, and reliability on non-signaling test devices.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes or updates do not adversely affect core functionality.
- Identify, reproduce, isolate, debug and document defects or issues found during testing, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and define acceptance test cases according to defined use cases, providing input on design and implementation considerations.
- Utilize testing tools, DUTs and equipment to simulate real-world customer scenarios and assess performance under different conditions.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to testing.
- Propose and implement improvements and changes related to the area of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and measurements; a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in this domain is desired.
- Proven experience with Pytest, SCPI, RF testing, and good Python programming skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross‑functional teams and convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to produce high‑quality work and deliver accurate test results on time.
- Openness and drive for innovation.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as signal generators, protocol analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
