Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform RF testing, including signal processing, power measurements, and frequency analysis.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, and data analysis.
- Understand the scope of work, prepare block diagrams, trace the board, and generate schematics.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with RF devices and systems, and maintain records.
- Identify areas for improvement in test processes and develop new test methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Proficiency:
- Good technical knowledge of RF/Microwave, mixed-signal, digital, and analog circuits & subsystems.
- Experience in testing, debugging, and field trials of RF/digital subsystems like transmitters, receivers, frequency converters, mixers, PLL synthesizers, amplifiers, filters, passive components, etc., for strategic electronics & RF requirements.
- Hands-on testing experience using microwave test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, noise sources, digital multimeters, etc.
- Experience in testing, integration, validation, and measuring performance parameters like power, frequency, S-parameters, impedance matching, modulation techniques, and noise figure.
- Understanding block diagrams and the whole system theoretically and practically.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with RF devices and systems, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in using RF test software and automation tools.
- Quick learner, efficient team member, result-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience minimum 4 years.
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication.
Relevant RF certifications can be beneficial. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot.
