Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage transition initiatives from initiation to successful completion. You will develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment with objectives.

The role requires strong PM experience, risk management, and delivery excellence in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management and governance (APMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe).
• Experience with transition projects and large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transition projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for transition initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to align objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting timelines or scope.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies and best practices.
• Communicate status, updates, and risks to sponsors and teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in transition processes.
