Genpact is seeking a Project Manager - Transition Ready to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across global enterprises. You will design and execute transition strategies, ensuring smooth handovers and measurable outcomes, while leveraging Genpact's AI gigafactory capabilities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor project members, and drive post-transition reviews to capture lessons learned, continuously improving delivery in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance plus MBA preferred.
• APMP Practitioner, PRINCE2, ITIL, and SAFe Agile certifications.
• Experience in transition management and AI-enabled projects.
• Strong stakeholder and risk management capabilities.
