Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for Enterprise Programs to lead end-to-end initiatives across AI and digital transformation efforts. You will define scope, manage plans, and align with senior stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong program management skills, PM certifications, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. Hybrid work in India is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance are required or MBA/Analytics advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong PM credentials and experience managing large-scale enterprise programs are expected.
• Experience with SAFe, Prince2, APMP or ITIL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders to align with objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive effective communication across stakeholders.
