Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI and digital transformation, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Transition to lead complex transition programs from initiation to completion. You will build plans, manage budgets, and align stakeholders across functions.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment, with a hybrid work model in India and opportunities to scale global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transition projects from initiation through to successful completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for transition initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, scope, or outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks effectively to sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in transition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
