Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to lead AI and cloud initiatives within a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment. You will drive project planning, stakeholder communication, and collaboration across technology, vendors and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions for global enterprises.

Qualifications

• Graduate degrees in commerce/economics/finance or MBAs with analytics focus.
• Experience leading agile/cloud delivery projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project documentation, plans, timelines and issues.
• Communicates portfolio updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify impediments and escalate as needed to resolve.
• Assess, analyze and distill complexity into clear communication.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Smartsheet, MS Office to stay organized.
• Coordinate planning and delivery across tech, vendor and Infra teams.
• Support leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs.
• Develop plans and timelines for cloud computing initiatives.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Monitor and report progress to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively and align cloud projects with business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/ raid logs
• Communicates project portfolio updates regularly to all stakeholders across all levels of our organization
• Identify project impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed
• Ability to assess, analyze, and resolve issues, and distill that complexity into simple communication
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office, as your toolset to stay organized and up to date on your initiatives
• Coordinate planning and delivery efforts across various technology, vendor and Infrastructure teams
• Support Business Leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs
• Develop project plans and timelines for cloud computing initiatives;
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met;
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively;
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management;
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud projects with business objectives;
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement.
