Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Lead for Lean Digital Transformation to independently drive high-impact projects and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will mentor Lean Six Sigma initiatives, optimize productivity through continuous improvement, and stabilize transitions with robust metric systems and CI roadmaps.

You will apply Agile/Scrum knowledge to guide teams, ensure adherence to PM standards and software engineering practices, and perform audits against CMMI/ISO to uplift delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance or a Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead high-impact projects to deliver business outcomes.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma practices and mentoring across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity in accounts through continuous improvement efforts.
• Stabilize new transitions by defining metrics, setting up measurement systems and designing CI roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to Project Management standards and software engineering practices for IT services.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to institutionalize Genpact delivery practices.
• Mentor teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Audit processes against CMMi/ISO standards and drive adherence.

Job Description

• Independently lead the high impact projects needed to deliver on business outcomes
• Drive LSS vibe through Engagement drives & mentoring Leans & GBs
• Identify opportunities to deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts through continuous improvement (CI) lever
• Drive stabilization for new transitions - metric identification, measurement system set & reporting set up, CI roadmap design, risk assessment
• Ensure implementation of Project Management standards Software Engineering Practices for IT Services
• Working hand-in-hand with Project Managers and team to institutionalize Genpact way of delivery practices to meet customer expectations
• Good knowledge on Agile/Scrum methodology and able to mentor the project team on same.
• Independently able to perform auditing basis CMMi/ISO standards and improve the adherence
