Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Project Manager - Transition to lead end-to-end transition management across complex programs. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, drive risk-aware delivery, and mentor teams to ensure successful handovers to operations.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders and diverse delivery teams, guiding transition plans, governance, and lessons learned to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance or advanced MBA/Analytics qualifications.
• Proven experience in change and project management roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
