Job summary

Symphoni Hr is seeking an experienced planning professional to lead construction planning and scheduling for major bridge infrastructure projects.

You will develop and monitor Master Construction Schedule, Look-Ahead Plans, Recovery Plans, and Baseline Programs using Primavera P6 and MS Project, coordinating with the Client, Authority's Engineer, Design Consultant, Contractors and PM teams to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning for large-scale bridge projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall construction planning and scheduling activities for major bridge projects.
• Develop and monitor Master Construction Schedule, Look-Ahead Plans, Recovery Plans, and Baseline Program using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Coordinate with the Client, Authority's Engineer, Design Consultant, Contractors, and Project Management teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and recommend corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Review construction methodologies, work sequences, resource deployment, and project milestones.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis to senior management and the client.
• Perform critical path analysis, productivity monitoring, earned value analysis (EVA), and risk assessment.
• Coordinate design approvals, construction drawings, procurement schedules, and site execution activities.
• Support contract administration, claims management, extension of time (EOT), and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction resources to optimize project performance.
• Participate in technical meetings, progress review meetings, and coordination with all project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with NHIDCL/MoRTH specifications, IRC Codes, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to planning engineers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
