Qualifications

• M. Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or Transportation Engineering from a recognized university.
• Certification in Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction planning and large infrastructure projects.
• At least 10 years of experience in roads, highways, expressways, bridges, or major transportation infra projects.
• Experience with NHAI, MoRTH, EPC, HAM, BOT, PPP or internationally funded highway projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of overall project schedules.
• Establish construction methodologies, sequencing plans, and milestone schedules.
• Review and approve baseline programs, updated schedules, and recovery plans.
• Ensure integration of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor progress against baselines and contractual milestones.
• Identify critical path activities, risks, and potential delays; recommend actions.
• Lead schedule performance reviews and project progress assessments.
• Review resource deployment strategies for manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor productivity trends and optimize resource use.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and delay impact analyses.
• Review EOT submissions and contractor claims; support dispute resolution.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Participate in project reviews and provide strategic planning recommendations.
• Ensure planning activities comply with contract requirements and standards.
• Review project performance against contractual KPIs.

Qualification and Educational Requirements

• M. Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Transportation Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Certification in Primavera P6, Project Management, or equivalent planning tools shall be preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction planning, scheduling, project controls, monitoring, and management of large infrastructure projects.
